What is FlexExt Store?

FlexExt Store is a native e-commerce component for Joomla (com_flexext_store) with a slide-in drawer cart, one-page checkout, product parameters and filters, multi-currency, PDF invoices and a plugin suite managed from one Plugins Hub.

Which Joomla and PHP versions does FlexExt Store support?

Joomla 4.4 and newer, Joomla 5 and Joomla 6, on PHP 8.1 to 8.4. Public demo stores run on Joomla 4, 5 and 6.

Is FlexExt Store free?

There is a free Basic Starter edition. Paid lifetime editions are Standard ($39), Pro ($79) and Ultimate ($199). Each includes 12 months of updates and technical support, with no forced renewal.

Does FlexExt Store work for the Polish market?

The admin is translated into Polish, exchange rates can be synchronised with the National Bank of Poland (NBP), and BLIK, Przelewy24 and PayU are available as configurable checkout methods, together with an InPost parcel locker shipping method. See the next two questions for what these do exactly.

Does FlexExt Store process online card, BLIK or Przelewy24 payments automatically?

Not in the current release. Stripe, PayPal, BLIK, Przelewy24 and PayU exist as configurable checkout methods with credential fields and a test mode, but FlexExt Store does not connect to the provider APIs, so it does not charge customers or receive payment confirmations. Bank wire, cash on delivery and a sandbox method work end to end.

How does InPost work in FlexExt Store?

InPost Smart Parcel Locker is a shipping method with a flat cost and a free-shipping threshold. The customer enters the locker code in the order notes. There is no locker map widget or InPost API connection in the current release.
